Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Technician within a healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position involves supporting EP procedures, monitoring electrophysiology studies, catheter ablations, and implantable device cases. The role requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 10 hours per day
• Schedule: 08/03/2026 start date, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of EP experience for RN and Tech; Certifications include BLS and ACLS; Education requirements include a valid RN license or Tech certification such as ARRT-R, RCIS, or RCES; Location requirements are within North Carolina, with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrophysiology cases, scrubbing, monitoring, and supporting both RN and Tech roles during procedures; proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system, Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis Med Dispensing, and Cardiolab for mapping cases; experience with moderate sedation such as versed/fentanyl.
• Additional Information: The position involves supporting a 4-person team during EP cases, which include electrophysiology studies, catheter ablations, and implantable device procedures. Orientation will occur predominantly during the first week, with ongoing clinical support. Scrub color is white, and parking is provided free of charge. The unit culture emphasizes a collaborative environment with ample support from charge nurses, supervisors, and hospitalist teams.
