Sr. Project Manager

Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)

• This project supports the strategic initiative to strengthen the governance and lifecycle management of shared and service accounts across more than 400 enterprise applications. Client is working with a trusted partner, with a proven methodology, to implement enterprise level IAM functions and capabilities that will be used across the enterprise to control shared & service accounts. Scope to include: Gap assessment, automated discovery, dormant account cleanup, lifecycle management workflow development, attestation campaigns, integrate detection and response, centralize password management and mitigate local authentication risk. In addition, it includes DCIO research, which will identify future remediation effort. Also included in the Service Account Tactical plan for overall risk reduction, are resources needed to continue to build out Crowdstrike and infra capabilities required to mitigate risk associated with service account misuse.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
Be the Project delivery manager for a complex in-flight enterprise project. Form strong work relationships with the business partners, help lines of business compete app access changes on-time, identify critical path work, escalate where needed, use executive voice to champion the project, fulfill data and reporting duties, lead with an agile business approach.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

• Strong stakeholder management, quick learner, bias toward action. "Sleeves up and get it done" approach.
• Must have IAM or cybersecurity project experience.
• Near-must have: PMP, CSM.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

• Identity Access Management experience, working for an FI, strongly prefer: PMP cert, CSM certs, RTE cert.
