This position is an important part of our customer experience. You will assist customers in choosing the service thats right for them, informing them of our membership program, and inviting them to relax in our upscale caf lobby. This is a role with high customer interaction that adds that bubbly feeling we want our customers to experience. Were seeking only qualified individuals that are honest, hard-working and like to have fun at work!/ppstrongResponsibilities and Duties/strong/ppProvide the highest level of customer service by interacting with customers and boosting membership enrollments and upselling services:/ppExplaining how the monthly membership program works and the value to the customer/ppDescribe and offer other service offerings such as details, express services and gift cards/ppAnswering customer account questions while attending to all customer needs/ppOperate the cash register, process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. This involves the use of electronic scanners and related equipment./ppServe as a point of contact for customer complaints and facilitate a resolution when possible in a professional manner that is fair to the customer and consistent with company policy and guidelines./ppContinuously update knowledge on CCWs products and service menu and associated pricing/ppAdditional responsibilities include:/pulliCrafting espresso and coffee orders to the standards set forth by CCW/liliKeeping the coffee area and lobby clean and always organized/liliAnswering phones, scheduling appointments and handling customer account questions/liliDevelop customer relationships/liliMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and regulations/li/ulpRequirements/pulliMust be comfortable working outdoors/liliGreat smile!/liliProfessional appearance/liliSales experience preferred/liliExceptional communication skills/liliAction oriented with a sense of urgency/liliWillingness to assist in other departments/liliAbility to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment/liliPossess reliable transportation/li/ul/div
