This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Team lead.Key Responsibilities:Organize client requests and project documentsMaintain user database to ensure project accuracyAct as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the clientDirect client calls and requests to the appropriate departmentSchedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needsAssist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivityWork collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.Required Background/Experience:Associates degree or higher a plus but not required.2+ years of customer service experienceDemonstrates progression of self-management abilities.Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skill.Desired Soft Skills:Energetic and positive outlook.Ability to work independently and collaborativelyStrong client and relationship management.Ability to work constructively and under pressure.Find Your Place at Pace - We need you - your curiosity, your talents, and your drive - to help us advance this important work.BenefitsWhen you join Pace, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
