Inventory Control Clerk

Becton Dickinson seeks an Inventory Control Clerk for its Four Oaks, North Carolina facility. The role maintains warehouse inventory accuracy through cycle counts, WMS updates, and picking process monitoring in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate cycle count files and inventory records in the Warehouse Management System
- Report discrepancies to Inventory Control Manager and update WMS accordingly
- Monitor picking process accuracy and adjust WMS records as needed
- Prepare and maintain warehouse activity records in timely and accurate manner
- Cross-train on other warehouse positions to support coverage during absences
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year relevant warehouse or inventory experience
- Proficiency with material handling and radio frequency equipment
- Strong verbal communication and basic analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
- PC proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge
