You will identify a need and sell accordingly to those needs, securing the financial future of families inside our communities.The organization has proven continuous growth and has proven to be a very lucrative industry throughout the years.2019: 42.7 million in production2020: 53.1 million in production2021: 77.3 million in production2022: 87.6 million in production2023: 104 million in production2024: 125 million in productionInsurance Sales Representative responsibilities are:Following strategies to educate and sell insuranceBuilding sincere rapport with customersCollecting details from clients in order to fully assist themBeing fully aware of the company's services and policiesFollow ALL legal and ethical procedures/practicesRepresentative requirements are:Self MotivatedMUST be coachable and ready to learnComputer savvyMinimum of one year customer service skillsHigh school diploma or Bachelors degree in Finance/Business (recommended not required)
