**Responsibilities**

* Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and according to established procedures
* Monitor and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
* Conduct routine observations and assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to address residents' unique needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; medication technician certification preferred
* 1+ year of experience in long-term care or related field; experience with medication administration and documentation a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
