Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and schedule staff
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture
• Develop employees and future leaders

Support Student Success

• Conduct student assessments
• Develop individualized learning plans
• Ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience

Build Relationships

• Welcome new families and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate student progress with parents
• Create a positive experience for every family

Grow the Business

• Respond to inquiries from prospective families
• Conduct enrollment consultations
• Help achieve enrollment and retention goals
• Build relationships within the local community

Manage Daily Operations

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and daily operations
• Monitor performance metrics and support business goals

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Comfortable communicating with families and discussing enrollment options
• Goal-oriented and motivated to help the business grow
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with math through Algebra II
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check and math assessment
