Benefits Data Analyst

Analyzing and optimizing employee benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Data Analyst will manage benefits data accuracy, conduct billing audits, and resolve technical issues while supporting compliance with state-mandated programs. Key responsibilities Ensure data accuracy across payroll systems and benefits administration partners Manage billing reconciliation and troubleshoot benefits-related data issues Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor benefits data metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics) 3-5 years of experience in group benefits administration or benefits data analysis Intermediate SQL skills for data querying and manipulation Highly proficient in Excel with advanced formulas and data analysis capabilities Familiarity with data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus
