Weekend Hotel Valet Supervisor

 

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus cash tip$!

Job Type: Part-time

Location:  Luxury Hotel in Boston, MA

Shifts Available: Seeking someone with Flexible Weekend availability

Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License, prior valet experience, and must be able to drive manual (stick-shift) cars

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Supervisory Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to  start immediately. 

 

What we're looking for:*

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Complete required reports.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• You have prior valet experience.
• You can drive manual (stick-shift) cars.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. 
• You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
• Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
• You are self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.
• You see a challenge as an opportunity and are looking for a position with a chance for growth. 
• You have a flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays.
• You have very strong conversational communication skills.

• Valet parking: 1 year+
