Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid Role

Salary: $66,000 - 84,000 per year Requirements:

• Gather business requirements via interviews, workflow analysis, requirements workshops, and surveys to produce comprehensive business process descriptions, requirements documents, use cases, and user stories
• Document and express requirements through user stories, diagrams, visual representations, and test cases
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to establish a technical vision and assess trade-offs between usability and performance
• Analyze potential solutions against business requirements and financial implications to propose optimal recommendations
• Engage both internal and external client communities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation
• Lead and facilitate sessions focused on business requirements, data analysis, and data modeling
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by developing and executing test cases and participating in validation activities
• Act as a facilitator for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners, vendors, and other testers using defined acceptance criteria
• Partner with supported business units to outline project milestones, requirements, and solution strategies
• Facilitate project management activities on smaller projects, ensuring appropriate scope, resources, and capabilities are established
