Responsibilities Greeting clients and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. Assessing clients' skin types to determine the appropriate tanning equipment and lotion, explaining the tanning process, including positioning and safety guidelines, and answering any questions. Maintaining a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and lotions and supplies are well‑stocked. Upselling tanning lotions and other products to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Building and maintaining relationships with clients. Maintaining accurate records of client information, including tanning history and preferences, to ensure a personalized and consistent experience with each visit. Qualifications Salon Sales Consultant should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive, passionate about the tanning industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred. Must be flexible and adaptable; required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to stand, bend and work for long periods of time.
