Team Lead

We're looking for our next great Team Leaders! As a Team Leader, you are responsible for overseeing a particular part of the operation and ensuring its success in regards to food safety, food quality, and guest experience. Coral Ridge Mall Chick‑fil‑A is currently seeking candidates for both our Front of House and Back of House Team Lead position offering competitive pay, a healthy workplace culture, and chances for professional development, which include the opportunity to launch a career in CFA or prepare you with the leadership tools you need to pursue your dreams. This opportunity can be part or full time, with starting pay up to $18 an hour , and a top end up to $20 , depending on experience/first 30 days, and will require hands‑on leadership during shifts. Flexible scheduling, free break meals, and paid training included. Job includes Sundays off and at least one additional day off each week. Key Qualities Saturday and night availability.
