Pay Rate: $336,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This role will also involve managing a team of finance professionals and working closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals of the organization
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting
CPA or CFA certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of financial management and analysis
Experience in managing a team
