The Site Manager will work on-site at our client's location in Port Jervis,NY and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. They listen to understand the quality and volume and screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. Site Managers act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the employees.

- Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits which foster a consultative relationship
- Market talent's skills and abilities by making the best match for the client and candidate
- Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions
- Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
- Schedule Requirements: Must be comfortable and available to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule (2:45 PM - 11:45 PM) .
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strict requirement. Must be able to speak, read, and write comfortably in both languages to support our diverse client base.
- Customer-First Experience: 1+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role (such as retail, hospitality/restaurants, customer support, sales, or recruiting).
- Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Experience managing high-volume interactions or busy shifts (e.g., bustling retail environments, peak restaurant hours, or staffing services) is highly preferred.
- Relationship Builder: A natural ability to build quick rapport and develop strong, trusting relationships with customers, guests, and team members.
- Master Multitasker: Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and pivot quickly when things get busy or plans change.
- Polished Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally across all levels of an organization.
- De-escalation & Problem Solving: Strong conflict-resolution skills, with a track record of handling difficult customer situations with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Expectation Management: Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and confidently manage expectations (including delivering tough news or alternative solutions).
This job posting is open for 4 weeks. Pay Rate: $48,355.00 - $74,030.00 Annually Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
