Job Duties Execute sales process to meet monthly goals Create a pampering experience for our customers Answer phones and book appointments Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance Positive, energetic attitude Requirements Track record of retail sales experience is preferred Desire to be in a sales position Strong interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively with guests Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus Professional appearance & demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest Expectations & Compensation Strong work ethic A love of sales (this is a sales job) Empathy for clients Accountability Respectful to clients & coworkers Team Player You must be FUN!!! We offer $15/hour plus commissions – Top performers earn $18-$20/hour Ability to have a raise after first 90 days and quarterly based on performance Performance based incentives – Up to $50 per membership!
