Schedule: Night Shift

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN Licensure
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• TNCC or TNS Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Document care according to established standards.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and execute patient care according to individualized needs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and support shared governance.
• Provide clinical expertise to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
