Locums - West Jordan, Utah Neurohospitalist Opportunity (IMLC Welcome) Clinical Role RecruitWell is seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist for a locums Neurohospitalist opportunity in West Jordan, Utah. This is an inpatient, Level I Trauma Center assignment providing 24-hour call coverage for adult and geriatric patients. IMLC candidates are welcome with an LOQ in hand at the time of submission. Assignment Details Coverage dates: November 1, 2026-January 31, 2027 Ongoing dates will be determined as schedules are released Reason for coverage: Provider resignation Inpatient setting Level I Trauma Center Adult and geriatric patient population Schedule & Coverage 24-hour call coverage Shift: 7:00 am-7:00 am Anticipated need: 7 shifts per month on an ongoing basis Stroke call coverage required Call response time: 30 minutes Stroke response time: 30 minutes Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations Traditional hospital call coverage Triage and consultation for patients admitted by another service Occasional in-person patient evaluations required Stroke call coverage included Must be able to respond within 30 minutes when called Support & Systems EMR: Epic Support staff: RN Requirements & Credentialing Board Certified in Neurology required Active Utah medical license required, or: Active IMLC Letter of Qualification must be in hand at time of submission ACLS highly preferred BLS highly preferred CSR highly preferred Active DEA highly preferred at submission and required for credentialing Site may consider transferring an existing DEA Transferred DEA must remain associated with the assignment for its full duration, not only during scheduled shifts EMR Training Epic learning modules must be completed prior to virtual EMR training Providers may only attend virtual EMR training after all required modules are completed Virtual EMR training must be completed at least one week before the provider's first day First-day instructions will not be released until required EMR modules and training are complete About West Jordan, Utah West Jordan is located in the Salt Lake Valley and provides convenient access to Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City International Airport, and Utah's renowned outdoor recreation.
