Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through structured interviews, observational methods, and detailed reviews of medical records. You will evaluate the emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting each patient’s recovery process.

• Provide tailored counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, addressing specific adjustment issues related to serious illness, grief, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, integrating psychosocial dimensions into patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
