Senior Manager, Advertising Strategy & Intelligence (AI Technologies) We are partnered with a global technology company investing heavily in AI, data, and marketing intelligence as it modernizes its advertising organization. Advertising capabilities that were previously managed externally are being brought in-house, creating an opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across marketing strategy, measurement, personalization, and customer acquisition. Sitting on a highly visible marketing leadership team, this role will drive AI adoption across advertising initiatives while partnering closely with leaders across marketing, analytics, and technology. The ideal candidate brings a blend of advertising strategy, analytics, marketing technology, and AI expertise, with the ability to turn emerging technologies into measurable business impact. Responsibilities Define and execute an AI transformation roadmap across marketing and advertising functions Identify opportunities to leverage AI for campaign optimization, personalization, audience targeting, and workflow automation Build frameworks that scale AI initiatives from pilot programs to enterprise-wide adoption Lead experimentation efforts across attribution, audience development, testing, and performance optimization Develop advanced advertising intelligence capabilities by integrating audience signals, campaign performance, and business outcomes Modernize measurement and attribution capabilities beyond traditional last-click methodologies Partner with marketing, analytics, technology, and agency stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives Influence cross-functional teams and help shape future marketing technology investments Required Experience 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or related fields Experience operating within large enterprise environments Strong understanding of advertising performance measurement and attribution Proven ability to leverage data and technology to drive business decisions Experience influencing stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Technical Experience Data analysis and performance measurement Preferred Experience AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic workflow exposure Agency experience within analytics, AI, or marketing technology teams Attribution modeling and marketing measurement expertise Compensation Opportunity to work alongside senior marketing, analytics, and technology leaders driving AI adoption across a global organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Harnham
