Carolina Companion Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse to join our team on an as-needed basis to conduct assessments for our valued clients. Position Overview:

The Nurse will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of our clients to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that all health needs are met with professionalism and empathy. This is a flexible, as-needed position, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of clients in their homes.

• Document findings and create care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

• Monitor and update client health records.

• Provide guidance and support to clients and their families regarding care protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [state].
