At New Patterns ABA, we focus on delivering high-quality, in-home services that are clinically meaningful and sustainable for families. Our model is built around giving BCBAs real ownership of their cases, while keeping systems simple and focused on what actually impacts client progress.

At the same time you’re not on your own. There’s support when you need it, collaboration when it’s helpful, and a team that’s available without being intrusive.

We’re intentionally building a group of experienced BCBAs who can think independently, but also value having other strong clinicians to lean on when needed.

Real autonomy (with real support)

You run your cases—programming, decisions, direction. But if you need input, problem-solving, or a second set of eyes, it’s there.

Not volume-driven

We’re not trying to stack caseloads. The focus is on doing good clinical work, not maximizing hours.

Documentation and processes are designed to make sense and not slow you down.

You’ll have people to talk things through with, but no one hovering over your shoulder.

Scheduling and coordination are handled so you can stay focused on clinical work.

• Lead assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case direction

• Supervise and support behavior technicians in home settings

• Make data-based decisions and adjust programming as needed

• Provide caregiver training that families can actually use day-to-day

• Keep documentation clear, efficient, and clinically meaningful

• Most full caseload BCBAs fall between $10,000–$16,000/month , depending on hours

• PTO, health insurance, and performance-based incentives

• Flexible scheduling within client and caseload needs

• Ongoing administrative and clinical support

• BCBAs who have experience managing cases independently

• Clinicians who are comfortable making decisions without relying on rigid templates

• People who want flexibility but still take ownership of their caseload

• Those who have worked in high-volume or overly rigid settings and want something more sustainable

• Active BCBA certification

• Experience managing cases independently (preferred 1–2+ years)

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Clear, direct communication with families and tea
