Pay: $2,752.00 weekly


Shifts: M - F 8am to 5pm


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Home Health Travel position in Gainesville, GA. This role focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care and ensuring the health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management for individuals in Jackson and Barrow counties. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observing, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing support for individuals in a community or small facility setting.
• Working closely with health professionals to implement and evaluate programs addressing health needs.
• Coordinating communications and actions of various disciplines related to health and safety supports.
• Ordering, reviewing, monitoring, discontinuing medications as prescribed.
• Transcribing physician phone orders and other medically related reports.
• Ensuring routine documentation of individual's health status in nurse's notes.
• Directing and supervising the activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses.
• Scheduling and completing appointments for health-related issues in a timely manner.
• Providing training for new employees and annual recertification for health and safety topics.
• Ensuring unlicensed staff are trained on person-specific health maintenance, safety, and disease prevention needs.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN License
• Experience with Oasis assessment, wound care, and management of various medical devices (e.g., PICC, Central line, foley insertion).
• Weekend call duty: 1 weekend/month; occasional weekday after-hours call.
