Manager, Sales Incentive Operations & Enablement

Vertiv Group Corporation

Vertiv is seeking a Manager, Sales Incentive Compensation Operations and Enablement in Westerville, Ohio to lead the SIP commission team, ensure accurate calculations, and drive timely payouts. You will partner with Sales Analytics, own audits, resolve complex cases, support quota measurement, and build team capability through training and clear standards. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Commissions and contributes to governance and optimization of incentive programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vertiv Group Corporation
