Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations to determine client needs and establish personalized treatment plans. \n
- Provide therapy through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing tools such as video conferencing and online assessment systems. \n
- Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on a variety of modalities and approaches, tailored to meet the diverse goals of clients. \n
- Maintain thorough and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment adjustments in our electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators—to optimize care and treatment plans for clients. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to refine skills and incorporate the latest best practices in mental health therapy. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients struggling with varying mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. - A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of New York. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000, reflecting your experience and expertise.
