Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized patient care based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
• Monitor patients' cardiovascular and respiratory status using telemetry technology.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient needs and conditions.
• Administer medications and IV therapies accurately and safely.
• Utilize strong critical thinking skills to assess changes in patient conditions and respond promptly.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records utilizing EMR systems like Meditech.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Kansas.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care Telemetry experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Experience with PCA Pumps and IV pumps.
• Familiarity with central line care and medication drips.
• Effective communication and positive attitude with a focus on patient care.
