Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule
Shift: Three 12 hour shifts | 7 PM - 7 AM

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certifications within 30 days of hire/transfer
- 1.5 years of Labor and Delivery/Antepartum RN experience, preferably in a level II or higher facility

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to obstetric patients at 20 weeks gestation and higher.
- Monitor and assess the health status of patients during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with medical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Compliance / Notes
- A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external candidates with a minimum of 2 years RN experience.
- Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence.
