Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking a Canvassing Manager with the experience to develop and oversee a large, productive door-to-door department.

This isn't a position centered on your individual sales numbers. There's no personal selling involved. Your responsibility is to make sure the canvassing operation is properly staffed, trained, organized, and producing leads that contribute to sales.

You'll be working across several regional areas, putting your knowledge of territory planning and field management to use while developing the people responsible for homeowner outreach.
For an experienced canvassing professional, it's a chance to take on substantial management responsibilities with a growing business and earn through a combination of salary, commission, and team overrides.

Responsibilities
▪ Build the canvassing workforce through interviews, hiring, and structured training.
▪ Supervise daily field operations and maintain productive canvassing activity.
▪ Plan neighborhood coverage, territory assignments, and regional routes.
▪ Conduct team meetings and provide coaching based on individual performance.
▪ Evaluate lead production and adjust field strategies to improve results.
▪ Develop a department capable of generating a high volume of sales-producing leads.

Your Operational Leadership Background Matters!

We're seeking someone with demonstrated canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry.

You understand the operational side of door-to-door canvassing, from recruiting and training to scheduling field activities and measuring results.

You've managed teams responsible for substantial lead production and know how to connect canvassing performance with sales outcomes.

Strong communication, sound judgment, and the willingness to lead from the field are important parts of your management approach.

Compensation

Earn from $100,000 to $125,000 annually!

Compensation consists of base salary, commission, and team overrides.
