Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description****Essential Job Functions:*** Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.* Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.* Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.* Evaluate team performance.* Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.* Comply with all safety standards and regulations.* Order materials when required.* File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.* Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.* Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.**Qualifications and Requirements:*** At least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.* HS diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.* Flexible Schedule and able to work weekends or overtime when needed.* Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues.* Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of all duties.* Ability to recognize mechanical malfunctions and equipment failures.*If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!* #J-18808-Ljbffr
