Air Circuit Breaker Expert Product Owner

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $170,000 - $250,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. Schneider Electric offers a meaningful opportunity for an Expert Product Owner for Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs). As Expert Product Owner for Air Circuit Breakers you will define, own, and execute the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for ACB solutions across North America, driving value through Agile collaboration. Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ACB solutions. Own and prioritise the product backlog, communicating with squad members and stakeholders. Lead cross‑functional development squads and drive the strategic intent of the product. Act as the customer advocate, synthesising customer experience, identifying gaps and generating growth ideas. Monitor and analyse market, industry, competition, and regulatory trends to inform the roadmap. Serve as subject‑matter expert and evangelise the offering to squads and stakeholders. Manage roadmap and lifecycle plans, including product evolution and withdrawal. Qualifications Direct experience working with North American datacenter customers (hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants). Expert‑level knowledge of ACBs, including protection functions, trip units, selectivity, coordination, arc‑flash mitigation, digital trip units, sensors, reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle management. Strong understanding of datacenter electrical architectures (LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, STS, busway) and redundancy schemes (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1). Familiarity with AI datacenter power trends such as rapid load variability, higher fault levels, uptime, predictive maintenance, and digital monitoring, and relevant standards (UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E, utility interconnection, compliance). Ability to quickly learn marketing processes, analyse competitive environment, and deliver high‑value products and features. Ability to manage multiple projects or activities simultaneously. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. High initiative, problem‑solving, proactive management, and technical aptitude. 7+ years experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, ideally with exposure to Agile practices.
