Competencias Atender clientes : Serás capaz de interactuar de manera efectiva con los clientes, siguiendo los procedimientos de servicio y cumpliendo con las normativas establecidas. Elaborar documentos : Aprenderás a preparar, estructurar y componer contenido documental de acuerdo con técnicas y normativas de calidad. Registrar información : Desarrollarás la habilidad de clasificar y consolidar soportes documentales conforme a los procedimientos técnicos y normativos. Monitorear sistemas de gestión de calidad : Podrás aplicar herramientas de seguimiento y trazar planes de mejora para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos en la gestión de calidad. Perfil Ocupacional Al finalizar la técnica, estarás capacitado para trabajar como Auxiliar Administrativo en Calidad, desempeñando funciones clave en la gestión documental, el manejo de información y la supervisión de procesos de calidad. Podrás atender a clientes, elaborar documentos siguiendo normativas específicas y monitorear sistemas de gestión de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares requeridos. Serás un apoyo indispensable en la implementación y seguimiento de planes de mejora dentro de cualquier organización.
