Nest Ninja Home Services is hiring a reliable independent contractor for house cleaning jobs in the East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler area). We clean newly-built homes as part of a managed residential portfolio — a mix of vacant, move-in-ready homes and newly-occupied homes needing a final clean.

What the work looks like:

Jobs are dispatched directly to you with the address, scope, and timing. You bring your own standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, supplies); we provide the specialized pH-neutral products required for new construction surfaces. Pay is a flat rate per job, paid via Zelle within 24 hours of completion — no waiting on invoices, no chasing payment. The hourly figure listed is a reference calculation only; you're paid a flat rate per job, not an hourly wage.

What we need from you:

• Reliable transportation and the ability to show up on time, every time
• Prompt, professional communication — we dispatch and communicate through a simple messaging system, and we need contractors who respond quickly
• Ability to pass a standard background check (required for every contractor, no exceptions)
• Own basic cleaning equipment

This is not a fit if: you're looking for occasional/flexible gig work you might skip when something better comes up. We're building a small, dependable core team, and consistency matters more to us than availability alone.
