Nurse Practitioner - Corrections

Nurse Practitioner II Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner II to work at a facility in State Farm, VA. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $87 / hour Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p Responsibilities: Assess anddiagnose patients' health conditions Provide primary or specialty medical care Develop and manage treatment plans Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Perform physical exams and health screenings Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments Educate patients and families about health conditions Document patient care and clinical notes Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team Provide follow-up and preventive care services Qualifications: Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Nurse Practitioner II Exceptional time management and attention to detail. Strong leadership skills. Great communication skills to talk with patients about treatment options. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
