Personal Training Leader & Team Growth Manager

Life Time Montvale, NJ is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee the Training department's revenue and budget responsibilities. You will hire, coach, and retain 15-50 trainers while driving key initiatives and ensuring adherence to the Core 3 Method. You will oversee payroll, budgets, and department spend while promoting high-quality member experiences and driving revenue through effective program design and sales. #J-18808-Ljbffr Life Time, Inc.
