Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced X-ray/Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment at a community hospital. The ideal candidate will possess current licensure, extensive trauma experience, and proficiency with EPIC EMR systems to support high-quality imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in a fast-paced trauma hospital environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols, including COVID vaccination requirements.
• Verify and document all required credentials, including NYS license, ARRT certification, BLS, and supervisory references.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and images within the EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver exceptional patient care and technical imaging support.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of current X-ray experience.
• Possess an active NYS Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT (R) certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Have experience working in level 1 trauma hospitals.
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
