Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients.

  Monitor vital signs, interpret data, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.

  Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

  Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse license with ICU experience.

  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

  Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
