Appointment SchedulerMinnesota Urology is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to support our patient-focused operations and help ensure a seamless experience from the first point of contact, with two positions, one in Robbinsdale and the other in Brooklyn Park Clinic. The range stated below is a starting point of the compensation conversation, we'd like to hear what your compensation expectations are too!Hourly pay range: $18.80 - $23.50 per hour (Dependent on direct healthcare appointment scheduling experience)In this role, you will manage patient appointments by answering incoming calls, assessing patient needs, and coordinating visits based on provider availability and patient preferences. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate patient records, utilizing electronic health record systems to schedule appointments, document information, and send reminders. You will also handle appointment changes, cancellations, and scheduling conflicts while following up on patient inquiries to ensure timely resolution.You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support daily operations and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with patients clearly and compassionately. You must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare setting. Problem-solving skills and adaptability are essential, as scheduling demands may change throughout the day.
