EMT, Paramedic, or LPN (Clinic)

Medcor is looking to hire a full‑time EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in our employer‑based occupational health clinic in West Jefferson, OH . The position is scheduled for Wednesday‑Saturday, 12:00 pm‑10:00 pm. Compensation for this role is $30.00‑$32.00 per hour. Why Work at Medcor Stability – we’ve been in business since 1984. Responsibilities The Onsite Health Technician will collaborate with Medcor’s medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. Day‑to‑day duties include: Patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management. Return to Work program facilitation and treatment plan monitoring. Close coordination with outside medical providers. Typical Day Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic. Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees. Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols). Build and maintain internal team relationships. Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts. Conduct pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings. Document care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools. Case management and medical charting. Qualifications (Must) Passionate about your work. Valid licensure for the applied position. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR proficiency. Ability to lift a 50‑lb emergency response bag. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, outgoing personality. Willingness to go above and beyond. Passion for providing the best care possible. Positive attitude and sense of fun. Preferred (Plus If) Comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment. Relevant occupational health experience.
