Daylight Picker Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Picker Packer

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $16.25/hr

Shift: 6:30am-3pm , Monday Thru Friday

What's the Job?

• Pack plastic containers (like bottles) into boxes, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and stacking
• Monitor materials and perform quality checks for defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assemble boxes and place finished bottles/containers into them, aligning, taping, and sealing
• Monitor and restock packaging supplies such as boxes and labels

What's Needed?

• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to learn machine operations
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs), stoop, and kneel
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime; training provided for new hires
