Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Rabo Health & Wellness, Chico, California
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours/week, Monday–Thursday
Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities

Answer phones with professionalism and warmth

Schedule and manage patient appointments

Check patients in and out

Maintain accurate records and documentation using the EHR system

Assist with office flow and patient care procedures

Provide outstanding customer service

Work collaboratively with the doctor and team

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college coursework or degree a plus

Administrative and clerical experience

Strong phone and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Pleasant, positive personality

Dependable, punctual, and a morning person

Comfortable learning computer systems and EHR software

Able to work well independently and as part of a team

Able to start ASAP

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Monday–Thursday schedule (approximately 30 hours/week)

Three-day weekends with occasional training days Fridays

Major holidays paid

90-day probationary period during which performance, attendance, communication, and overall job fit will be evaluated
