Job Description & Benefits Role and responsibilities. Overview. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across primary care and internal medicine. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising or consulting physicians. Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests or therapies within state and federal scope. Educate patients and families on treatment options, medications, preventive care, and lifestyle management. Coordinate referrals to specialists and other providers as needed. Document care accurately and thoroughly in Epic. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical best practices and organizational policies. Required Qualifications Active NP or PA licensure in the state of Massachusetts. Master's degree in Nursing (NPs) or Physician Assistant Studies (PAs). Current DEA registration and state prescriptive authority. Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
