Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities Prepare the SEC filings, including the 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, Proxy, and S‑8s. Perform accounting for equity transactions, stock‑based compensation arrangements, debt transactions, investment transactions, acquisition and divestiture transactions, annual impairment and ad‑hoc testing of goodwill. Assist with month‑end close and prepare information to support budgets and forecasts. Maintain support for all publicly filed financial statements and disclosures.
