What You’ll Do As an Optician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their needs and style preferences. Accurately measuring and fitting eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction. Educating patients on lens options, coatings, and care instructions. Performing adjustments and repairs on eyeglasses as needed. Collaborating with our team to maintain an organized and efficient optical dispensary. Providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service at all times. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience as an Optician or in a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
