As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for the Sage Intacct Advisory Practice, you won’t just be marketing software- you’ll be helping accounting firms transform and grow their practices with Sage Intacct by developing and executing marketing strategies for select advisory partners across North America. This role focuses on engaging top CPA and BPO firms, supporting Client Advisory Services adoption, and creating targeted messaging, content, campaigns, and communications that help partner firms understand the value of Sage Intacct for their practice growth. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partner Development, and other cross-functional teams to align partner and program initiatives with business priorities. You will also help define demand generation, lead capture, segmentation, and performance measurement approaches that connect partner marketing activity to partner engagement, pipeline development, services growth, marketing-qualified opportunities, marketing contribution to revenue, and return on marketing investment. This is a strong fit for a channel marketer who understands how to engage senior leaders and practice influencers inside accounting and advisory firms, translate complex value propositions into clear partner-facing messaging, and build marketing programs that are practical, measurable, and relevant to the way advisory firms grow. Location Requirement: Hybrid 3 days per week from either our Atlanta, Austin or Toronto office Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Marketing Strategy and Execution

• Develop and execute a NA Sage Intacct Advisory partner marketing strategy for select partners aligned with regional business goals.
• Apply Account-Based Marketing strategies to engage top CPA and BPO firms to support firm growth and client advisory services adoption.
• Define and manage demand generation, lead capture, segmentation, and performance marketing measurements.
• Build and execute a to-partner communication strategy, including messaging, infrastructure and new customer acquisition campaigns.
• Create and manage partner-facing content and messaging including toolkits, positioning guides, and marketing best practices.
• Drive awareness and partner success through success stories, social and digital campaigns.

Partner Engagement and Enablement

• Build joint marketing plans with select partners and practice leaders to support sustained growth and adoption.
• Identify scalable, programmatic marketing tactics that increase partner engagement and effectiveness.
• Activate formal value propositions to align with the needs of practice leaders, users, and influencers inside assigned partner firms.
• Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, customer marketing and partner development leads aligning partner and program initiatives with business priorities.

Performance Measurement

• Track and report on key metrics including marketing-qualified opportunities (MQOs), marketing contribution to revenue, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
• Ensure accurate forecasting and alignment of marketing investments to performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of channel or partner marketing experience and at least 1 year experience within the accounting and financial management services industry.
• Demonstrated experience aligning campaign strategies to pipeline development, partner engagement, and services growth objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret client advisory services and industry trends to create marketing messaging, content, and campaigns.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior leaders and external partner-facing audiences.
• Highly professional, detail-oriented, and partner-focused with the emotional intelligence and adaptability required to create exceptional client advisory services experiences.
• Excellent cross-functional and collaboration skills and ability to be effective in a large, global organization.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
• Growth mindset, personal accountability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Effective communication skills - both verbal and written (copy).
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% within North America.
• Ability to work a hybrid model of 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home.
