Radiation Therapist | Alexandria Radiology Oncology

Find your purpose working as a Radiation Therapist with CentraCare’s Alexandria Radiation Oncology team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will oversee the preparation, coordination and delivery of radiation oncology treatments for patients 18 years of age and older. Our Radiation Therapists actively support patient and workplace safety initiatives and promote family-centered care through compassionate and collaborative interactions with patients, families and coworkers.

On occasion, this position may require helping out at CentraCare's other Radiation Oncology locations including Wadena, St. Cloud, Willmar and Monticello.

Schedule:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Alexandria Radiation Oncology
• Monday - Friday | Day shift from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  
  

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $37.29 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range: $37.29 - $57.05 per hour
• Up to $15,000 student loan repayment or $7,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of Radiation Therapy
• ARRT certification and registration in Radiation Therapy, or registry eligibility, is required. Registry-eligible candidates must obtain certification and registration within one year of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider Card required per established policy
• Experience in a radiation therapy establishment of comparable size and activity

To be eligible for hiring incentives, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Alexandria Radiation Oncology Clinic and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
