Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I had a background in sales and hospitality, including working with PSA leads and handling AV setups for conferences. After relocating to the area, I eventually made the move into agency ownership and haven’t looked back. Outside of the office, I’m a big family person. I've been married for 15 years with three boys (14, 12, and 9), all named after Dodgers legends. I’m a huge baseball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and I love music as well. Earlier in life, I toured with bands and traveled all over, which sparked my passion for collecting and exploring new places. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randy Shoemaker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
