Player Services Lead Representative

Overview A Player Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers in the exchange of U.S. currency for casino chips, credit chips, cash, foreign currency, Golden Nugget documents, negotiable instruments, and ambassadors of company good will. This role also sells gambling chips, tokens, or tickets to casino patrons, pays out jackpots and manages credit applications.
