Equity Research Analyst / Associate
\n \nPosition: Equity Research Analyst / Associate
\n \nType: Contractor
\n \nCompensation: $180–$220/hour
\n \nLocation: Remote
\n \nAbout the Opportunity
\nWe are seeking experienced Equity Research Analysts and Associates with recent, hands-on experience producing published sell-side research on public companies . You’ll evaluate AI-powered financial research tools, share expert insights, and help improve how AI systems support real-world equity research workflows.
\nNo prior AI experience is required — your equity research expertise is what matters.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Participate in expert interviews covering sell-side research methodologies and workflows. \n
- Test and evaluate AI-powered financial research tools for usability, coverage, and analytical quality. \n
- Review AI-generated financial content for accuracy, depth, and industry relevance . \n
- Assess how AI tools can be integrated into traditional equity research workflows . \n
- Document observations, recommendations, and actionable feedback. \n
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback to project teams. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Current or recent experience as a sell-side Equity Research Analyst or Associate . \n
- Experience publishing research reports, ratings, price targets, earnings notes, or coverage initiations for public companies. \n
- Strong financial analysis, analytical rigor, and industry expertise . \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources. \n
- Experience working with institutional clients and published sell-side research standards. \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for financial research or analysis . \n
- Experience participating in interviews, panels, usability testing, or workflow evaluations . \n
- Strong ability to translate complex research concepts into actionable insights and feedback . \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- Competitive compensation of $180–$220/hour. \n
- Independent contractor engagement. \n
- Approximately 10 positions available. \n
