Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule while enjoying the comforts of your own home or any environment where you feel most productive. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress and healing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, treatment notes, and progress reports through our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring consistent engagement and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient care and share best practices, resources, and insights.
• Participate in regular training and professional development workshops to further hone your skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
• Manage your own schedule, allowing clients to book appointments that fit within your availability while maintaining high standards of professional ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients seeking mental health support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and more. Our clients appreciate a compassionate, empowering approach, and your ability to connect with them empathetically will be key to their healing process. You will facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space for them to explore their challenges and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and unrestricted license as a psychologist, clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed professional counselor (LCPC).
• Minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy, particularly with adult populations.
• Strong written communication skills for maintaining clear and concise session documentation.
• A clean professional record, free of disciplinary actions from any licensing authority.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices, particularly in CBT and other therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with online therapeutic platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
