Uniforms Offered: Ensuring a unified workplace environment. Responsibilities Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating. Take and record patient vital signs and lift, move, and transport residents, using proper body mechanics. Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management; ask appropriate questions to clarify situations. Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors. Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff. Assist the nurse with various duties as directed. Requirements At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting (highly preferred). Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA.
